A physician from our office is always on-call when the office is closed. For after-hour services, please call our office numbers at (585) 244-9720 or (585) 381-3780. You will be connected to our answering service who will relay your call to our pediatric triage service.  A nurse will triage your medical concern and follow-up with the physician on-call if needed.

In case of a life-threatening emergency,

Please call 911 or go directly to the closest emergency room. 

In case of ingestion of unusual substances,

Please call the Poison Control Center at (800) 222-1222.
