The front staff great. The young women in the front always greets you with a smile. Have seen her up there by herself and she handles it very well. Also lets you know if your doctor is running behind. The doctors are wonderful. They give you the time you need and make sure you are leaving understanding everything.

They always get us in for same day illness visits, always with our regular pediatrician who knows us, and I've used the after-hours on-call line many times for advice. We see Dr Kleinberg and I feel like my concerns and questions are heard and I get the most up-to-date evidence based recommendations.

I love Elmwood Pediatrics. I recommend them to every potential new parent. Their office staff is very friendly. When I call I always get through, and when we have an appointment, we have never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. My son has seen Dr. Cleary for 17 years and she is very caring and knowledgeable. She always answers my questions and is a huge support. Every time I have a question in the portal, she gets right back to me. I couldn’t be happier!

We love the convenient hours and the ease of getting a same day appointment for illness.
