Providers

Dr. Nymander is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She was raised in Rochester and attended the University of Rochester fo her undergraduate studies. She completed a Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago, and her medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Advocate Children’s Hospital in suburban Chicago.

Prior to coming to Elmwood Pediatric Group, she worked as a Pediatrician in the Chicago area, and for 8 years in the Rochester suburbs. Dr. Nymander has an interest in newborns, as well as child development and behavior. She enjoys cooking, reading, being outdoors, and is learning to garden. She resides in Brighton with her husband and two young sons.
