What vaccinations does my child need to receive?
Vaccines are critically important for keeping your child healthy. The first vaccination for your child is the Hepatitis B vaccine which is offered to newborns in the hospital. Please see our website for information on the vaccine schedule and the diseases that we are preventing by vaccinating your child.
I have to work. Can someone else bring my child to the office?
Yes. Ideally they are listed on your HIPAA form, or at least you have sent a note giving permission for the adult bringing your child to let us care for your child (by giving vaccines, test, medications as medically indicated).
Do I need to bring my insurance card to all visits? Should I pay my copay at the time of the visit?
You should bring your insurance card to all visits. Please inform us if you have a change in phone number, address, or insurance coverage. Insurance companies require us to collect copays at the time of the visit. Please see our web page for all our financial policies.
