There are slots available in the free Healthy Hero Summer Camp the Health Foundation sponsors at MCC for city kids entering grades 1-6.
The camp was originally targeted to students in the nine city schools where the Health Foundation supports enhanced physical activity and nutrition, but there is still room for many more so enrollment is now open to all city children in RCSD, Charter, Parochial schools, Urban Suburban program Healthy Hero camp is free, with transportation provided, and includes sports and games, academic enrichment, breakfast and lunch.

June 9th is the application deadline. The 3 application documents need to be completed, SIGNED and returned along with a copy of birth cert, recent physical (after 8/4/16) and immunization record. Please note, the USDA application (as listed on the main application) is no longer needed.
